jmhm sends along word of a fundraiser for the family of a slain soldier: pledge money for each minute Fred Phelps (*spit*) protests at his funeral.
Pass it along, please. Until God steps down and whacks Phelps upside the head with a lightning bolt (which God is probably not going to do -- all that free will stuff), we need to find a way to counteract him ourselves. And, as has been pointed out in the article and elsewhere, counter-protests simply give him attention.
