Well, it does occasionally do this. I know this because it rained on Sept. 22, 1990. It was our wedding day. We had an outdoor wedding. With no real backup plans because, well, it was in September. Why should we need a backup plan for September? *sigh*

Fortunately, it only sprinkled for a few minutes, just enough to give the bride apoplexy. ;^)
