I've been tooling around IBDb.com this morning (Broadway's answer to IMDb.com) and in among all the other unusual winners (Eric Idle, Pete Townshend), I found out that ...

Bill Irwin, who used to be Mr. Noodle on Sesame Street, won a Best Actor in a Play last year for a revival of Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf Woolf.

Now that's what I call range.

Pssst. Isn't that Woolf?

From all I heard at the time, he was amazing, too.
