I'd add Oh Happy Day (I never remember who this is by but I have it on my Itunes at home, and Jesus gave me water by Sam Cooke and the Soul Stirrers.

I see you have a version of I'll Fly Away already but I'm awful partial to the Johnny Cash version.

Oh and Rivers Of Babylon (I'm partial to the Sublime version but a more traditional version is good too.)

And you need a good version of Hush (somebody's calling my name). if you find one, let me know because all I can find on itunes is Blind Boys of Alabame and I dn't like that version much. I really liked the version on the Crossroads soundtrack but can't find that version anywhere. Afroman's version isn't terrible but it's not as rich as a good gospel version.

Theme 1:

Sarah in the Summer, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
Country Road, James Taylor
Every Day is a Winding Road, Sheryl Crow
The Broken Road, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
Why Don't We Do It In The Road, The Beatles
I Don't Want To Live On The Moon, Shawn Colvin and Ernie

Theme 2:

Rainbow Connection, Kermit
Bound to You, Shawn Colvin
It's A Long Way To The Promised Land, Bad Religion
Seven Wonders, Nickel Creek

(These, of course, fit the categories in MY head, not outside it. Also, I didn't go through all my music, this is mostly off the top of my head)
