Dear Maryland State Elections Board:
FYI, giving conflicting information on two different parts of your website is generally considered very bad form, inasmuch as you are supposed to be guardians of democracy, etc.
I am going to go with the statement that "any registered voter can vote absentee," instead of the list of acceptable reasons, because that was on a page updated September 14, 2006. But in order to get here, I had to go through the page with the list of acceptable excuses for not going to the polls.
Good heavens, people. You're professionals, can't you keep track of these things?
