Apologies....

For any of you who saw my earlier post, it has been made private, which it should have been in the first place. I had no business posting it.

I try not to be a vindictive person, and generally don't believe in scorching the earth around me. I am generally disgusted with myself at this point that I allowed my anger to overcome my scruples.

Once again, I apologize to all concerned, including any innocent bystanders.

French. It is such a lovely language.

Easy. The painting I occasionally mentally refer to as "my woman": Vermeer's Kitchen Maid.

Mental and physical healing.

A very comfortable huge bed

I've dreamed about my ideal death. In bed, with no pain, surrounded by people who really love me.

The one I live in now ranks up there, but the absolute worst would have been the tiny grad student apartment at Stanford.

My reacting in anger to something they had done, and hurting them.

Lonely.

The Wicked Witch's crystal ball...or Satine's jewelry.

If you were instantly able to play one musical instrument perfectly that you never have played before, what would it be?
Piano. Or guitar.

Just because I feel a certain way does not mean that I have to act on my feelings. (I occasionally forget this lesson with disastrous results.)

Buy a new, much larger house.

Compassionate, intelligent, and with a wicked sense of humor. And, oh yeah, a good communicator.

Probably my sister-in-law Nadia.
