Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: good.

Burgers for dinner: not so good.

James cutting his foot on a rusty coat hanger: bad.

Migraine: v. bad.

Being out of migraine meds: v.v.bad.

Being out of major psych meds: v. bad.

Having other strengths of psych med that I can cut and approximate my usual dose until I get to the pharmacy tomorrow: better.

Sleep: would be nice.

Promethazine: in order.
