Much better today...

I would like to thank all of you for your good wishes and thoughts.

Today was better. I was still stiff, sore and fatigued, but there wasn't the constant pain all the time. I went to the pool, which was wonderful.

The increase in the trazadone and the muscle relaxants seem to be working.

I just love this one...
