Pretty people. Pretty horses. Pretty scenery. Nice swords. Catapults but no trebuchets. Keira Knightley and Clive Owens looking all noble and everything -- and pretty hot, into the bargain. Overpowering oppressive dramatic music.
Plot -- meh. Acting -- eh. Writing -- they could say some of these lines with a straight face?
[Edit: looking at IMDb, they quote Stephen Hunter as saying that the movie is worth the price of admission just to see Keira Knightley as a "kill-crazed, blood-drenched, pagan Tinker Bell." That works for me.]
