Because it's the summer and the kids are home, I don't have enough time to do in depth political posts. I've tried in the past few days and failed.
But I *really* do want to point people at this case. It appears to have been a unanimous vote to stay an execution, which is remarkable in and of itself, and the issues (destruction of DNA evidence post-trial, possible prosecutorial malfeasance) are interesting. And Ken Starr is the defendant's attorney.
