More and more these days I am struck by how fortunate I am that I get to spend all the time I do hanging out with my kids. I love them, but more than that, I like them a lot. We actually talk about things.

And yes, I know, every mom says her kids are cool. And every mom is right. But mine really are.

I agree, I may have my issues with my own children at times, but when I sit back and look at things, wanting to be with them, the good far out weights the issues.
