That one you *can* see. Danny and I have it on DVD, so I know it's available.

Actually, the Sweeney Todd one is on DVD too.

I saw George Hearn and Angela Lansbury in Sweeny Todd. It was *amazing* and fantastic. My mother didn't get it. That was frustrating. But I was overwhelmed and delighted.

Another one I saw which isn't on your list was Lauren Bacall in Applause. I got to see it at Her Majesty's theatre in London. *So* wonderful.

I only recently heard about the Producers (I love the satellite radio broadway station). I don't go to movies much, but I'm excited for that one. When's it due out?

When I first saw the movie in 2002, before I knew much about the Broadway production, I left the theater and said, "Richard Gere was good, but you know who'd be really amazing in that role? Jerry Orbach." Turns out I was right. : )

I knew about Sunday in the Park with George being on PBS -- although it really would have been lovely to see a live production of it.

I think it says something about George Hearn's talent that he can do such an amazing job as both Sweeney Todd and Albin in La Cage Aux Folles. (I have "I put a Little More Mascara On" on my iTunes.)

December 23rd. Of course, I waited for Rent, too, and I haven't seen that yet.
