I was at Cuesta Park, and we were leaving to go home. I asked Kevin to open the hatch to the trunk so I could put my computer in. He did so, and I walked right into the edge of the hatch.

I cut a inch and a half long gash in my face, running along the top of my eyebrow. Blood started running down my face. James came up, said "Oh my God! What happened!" "Squirrel got me." I replied. "Really?" "No, I hit my head."

I now have a gash. I wanted to have it seen, but the doctor's office was closed and I was not going to spend hours at Stanford ER. I will go in first thing tomorrow morning.

I also am going to have a bruise running the length of my face. My whole right side of my face hurts.

Geez. And you didn't even have any FUN getting those bruises! Hope you're feeling better soon. (hug)

How awful. Are you sure that it's wise to wait until morning?

I love your sense of humor :).

I wish you'd gone and waited at Stanford ER. If you needed stitches, tomorrow might be too late.

*gentle hugs* and pain-killing vibes.

Arrgh... I wish you'd gone to the ER, even if James was grumpy about babysitting.

(hug) I'll be home soon.

Oh, and if you wait too long, it will swell and be too late for stitches...
