What American President has given the longest inauguration speech?

William Henry Harrison gave a speech which was about twice as long as any other president's. The speech lasted an hour and forty-five minutes and was delivered in a snowstorm.

Harrison, of course, has had the shortest term of any American president: he died a month after the inauguration. Information Pleae Almanac.
