It's a little thing.....

Tonight, since I am going out (yay!) I put on makeup and tried to do something (unsuccessfully) with my hair for the first time in six weeks. Not a lot of makeup, mind, simply shadow, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick.

I've never been fond of foundation, etc (makes my face feel goopy) but I love eye makeup. I've got pretty boring eyes anyway, and they are hidden behind glasses most of the time. Eye makeup makes me feel a little more dramatic -- the fun that comes from playing at being someone else other than my pretty vanilla self.

My lips are my best feature, in my opinion, and I love lipstick. It's so sensual.

Of course, I hated doing any of this stuff when I was a lawyer and it was expected of me on a day to day basis.

It rarely occurs to me that someone is wearing makeup, unless it is a real art show.
But your face looked nice. Well defined. I wondered if you maybe had different glasses.
