fandom_scruples has created a blacklist of people who write NC-17 fanfic (I think mainly Harry Potter related, but I was not sure if it is limited to that), and is threatening to turn names over to an unnamed federal agency unless people lock their material. (The link is to chesyre's post regarding the subject.)
Just for the record, I have three children, and I am far far more scared and worried about people likefandom_scruples than about anything anyone might post online.
