They lost in the Supreme Court. So what is the administration doing now? Asserting that the Supreme Court decisions in the Gitmo cases only mean that the petitioners have the right to file habeas petitions but as a matter of law those petitions should be dismissed without evidentiary hearings.

These people are not Americans. They have no respect for the rule of law or the Constitution.
