Too little sleep -- middle child up at 4:00 am. I'm cold... I can't get warm no matter what I do, I think I may be getting sick.

brian1789 is out of town. And the water heater died. So I can't even get a shower.

No, but I have a large brewpot on the stove which I intend to bring to a boil, after which I plan to dump it into the bathtub (I may do this two or three times), add eucalyptus bath oil to and cut with cold water till it's tepid. I realize, the laws of thermodynamics being what they are and the temperature in the room being what it is, I still won't have a lot of water to work with, but it should get me clean enough for tomorrow : > I'm moving a space heater into the bathroom so that I won't catch pneumonia during this process : >

And tomorrow, hopefully, I can get the heater guy to come out and look at the water heater.

You know, you *can* come use our shower. It's really no problem.

I know I can. It's just I have a lot to do around the house tonight, and I have to be out of the house in the morning. Sigh.
