Great way to start a new year....

Migraines. Yuck.

Tried Maxalt, didn't work much. Tried Promethazine for the nausea, which usually knocks me out and makes the headache go away. Dealt with the nausea. slept, woke up, headache still there. May be time for a Vicodin.

Sorry it's not working- Maxalt started causing reactions for me that were worse then the cure in some ways. Imitrex eventually did the same. Currently my strategy is advil and gritted teeth. Not so thrilled, hoping I get insurance soon.

IME, voltaren works best for intense nausea causing pain. I'm a freak and have the suppository type. They don't affect me when my tummy is tender.

PS. I'd really like to have dinner with you before I leave town. Would you be up for that?
