Unlike the last time I did something this stupid on LJ, I really did intend that post to be very nearly private. I thought I had set it up as such. Imagine my surprise when there were two comments on something that only one person besides myself was ever meant to see! (And both of them telling me it was a public post.)

I am so sorry.... firstly to the subject of the post, who I do love dearly and who is going to want to wring my neck over this, with very good reason.

I am also very sorry to everyone else who saw it.

Note to self: NEVER post anything with serious emotional content on LJ when you are this sleepy. And ALWAYS double-check your posts.

I always make my entries private at first, to check out the links.
If it makey you feel any less bad, the entry you showed us was kind and loving, not emotional blackmail.

What she said...

I agree with [livejournal.com profile] 7patches on both counts. Yes, he'll probably be somewhat embarrassed, but not nearly as much as YOU already have been!

This stuff happens. I once re-posted to a whole list an invitation to an invite-only party. *sigh* And I lived to tell the tale.

If anything, what you posted just makes me view you both with more warmth. It's lovely to see couples continuing to better their relationship. Really.
