I want to get to bed early tonight, so I am postponing two public affairs posts I want to do. One is my delayed post about the London bombings from this weekend, and the other is a post about SCOTUS granting a stay of execution for a Virginia inmate..
However, under the heading of giving credit where credit is due (or, maybe, nobody's all bad), I would like to note that the inmate's case is being handled by attorneys from Kirkland and Ellis, led by Kenneth W. Starr.
