1. Voldemort will die.
2. Snape will die.
3. Harry may or may not die.
4. Ron and Hermione will not die.
5. At least one other person close to Harry will die -- my money is on either Lupin or Hagrid, or one of the Weasleys, probably either Fred or George or both.
6. Snape will turn out to have been working against Voldemort all along. He killed Dumbledore because Dumbledore asked him to to save Draco Malfoy from committing murder.
7. It will turn out that Snape was in Godric's Hollow the night that James and Lily died.
8. The reason Snape feels so horrible about the death of Harry's parents is not that James died (he really did hate James) but that Lily died. Snape was in love with Lily (remember Slughorn going on and on about how good Lily was at Potions? And Lily coming to Snape's rescue, seen in the Pensieve in HPOTP?), and was devastated that Voldemort killed her. Which also explains the depth of his animosity towards Harry -- Lily died to protect him. Which is also why as much Snape hates Harry he will not hurt him, because he is Lily's son. Dumbledore knew all this, which is why he trusted that Snape had turned against Voldemort.
I just want to have this down so I can see if I am right. Now I just have to wait a couple of years.

#8 is very nice work. Even if it doesn't all turn out to be true, I bet at least part of it is.
