Damn, I wish Kelo had not come down this summer, or that it had come down earlier and Congress had already gotten the corrective legislation they've been talking about passed.
Having a SCOTUS decision which says it's constitutional for governments to condemn property by eminent domain for the purpose of reselling to private developers does not bode well for many of the people of New Orleans.
