Yesterday, I had a dizzy spell so severe I had to have my husband come retrieve me from the coffee shop where I was reading my email (DSL is down at our house -- which is why I haven't been posting much) -- I was so dizzy I could barely walk across the parking lot, let alone drive home.

Later in the day I decided to take a nap. In a post earlier this week, [livejournal.com profile] rivka mentioned hypnagogic imagery, those dreams you have just as you are falling asleep.

See, my husband was missing work, and his job performance was going to suffer. All my fault. My youngest kid has been having trouble with other kids at school picking on him and the middle one has been acting out horribly. All my fault.

Simon and Garfunkel broke up. So totally all my fault.

I'm still trying to remember *why* it was my fault. One the other hand, it did make me re-examine why I thought the other things were my fault.

I saw Simon and Garfunkel on stage, together, in the 1990s. Clearly, you are doing something right.

hypnagogic Halucinations also happen when your waking up as well not just going to sleep. They can also happen in between sleep cycles. We usually don't notice them as much when they happen in between sleep cycles. Many hugs T

Are you to blame for the Eagles as well? If not, I'll take it on.

Sorry you are feeling shitty. :(

Lots of hugs, and hope you feel better soon!
