I am in pain. I did go to the doctor (yay me!) who determined the flare was most likely caused by stress (stress? what stress?). She gave me a relaxation tape, a prescription for muscle relaxants so I can sleep, upped my Trazadone dosage, and gave me a prescription for a massage.

I just want the pain to stop. It gets better, it gets worse, but it never goes away.

Gentle hugs... I am sorry that the pain is being hard, and I hope that the meds and stuff helps.
