I had to do a question in tribute to Mr. Rogers. A number of you may know it already from the news services, but I am going to ask anyway:

What was Fred Rogers's middle name?



McFeely. Source: CNN.com . AS those of us who were fond of the show (remember the crayon factory?) know, Mr. McFeely (played by David Newell) was the "Speedy Delivery"man who dropped off various items for Mr. Rogers.

Oh dear. I hadn't known that he'd died. A feel that an inspirational light has passed from the world. How wonderful, though, that generations of children will still be able to see his hundreds of wonderful episodes.

He will be missed.
