Edit: except, of course, that it should be "state" not "national" day of prayer. Oops. Well, it's still a damn fine newspaper.

Yesterday's poll, and I'm going on memory here but I'm pretty close, was "The Florida Senate has declared the first day of hurricane season a national [sic] day of prayer. Who would you pray to?

Our Lady of the Bermuda High
St. William of Colorado, patron of prognosticators
St. Jim of Cantore, patron of windblown weathermen
St. Fema, patron of mitigation

I picked Our Lady of the Bermuda High, but last I checked, St. Jim of Cantore was winning. : )
