At least you checked. I've had more helpdesk calls in my time that were just a loose cord, and I've even asked the luser user to check and it still ends up being the cord.
Yeah, but you fixed it. It doesn't matter if you knew to actually check it, but it matters if you listen to the suggestions and do them :-) That's my favorite kind of person to support.
