The Curse* continues.....

As brian1789 posted this morning, our first attempt at dinner last night was, um, challenging. It could have been worse: I could have slapped the waitress -- which I came close to doing -- and spent the night in jail. I'm still shaken up.


* Our previous three trips to San Diego have involved catastrophes, almost all car-related. I had come to the conclusion that maybe we were cursed, but decided that we would be okay if we simply didn't drive our own car down. I was wrong.

Lots of hugs Pat. That was a totally difficult situation and you handled yourself amazingly well. You set a fantastic example to your kids of how to manage a totally difficult situation.Thank you for your example of how to stay cool in a tough situation even though you felt like doing otherwise.
